White Sorghum Syrup is a concentrated wort made from 100% white sorghum grain. Produced using an all natural, enzyme-based brewing process, it provides proteins and amino acids necessary for yeast nutrition, head retention, and body. It functions as a one-to-one substitute for conventional liquid malt extract, and is gluten free and hypo-allergenic. The unique flavor is very mild and the color is light.
