Briess white wheat malt has a malty, bready flavor and a light straw color. It can be used in small proportions or up to 100% of the base malt in a recipe (with a filtering aid). White wheat malt will improve head retention and mouthfeel in any style and is ideally suited for all wheat beer styles.
