Briess Victory Malt is a biscuit-style specialty malt with a clean, toasty flavor and mild nuttiness. The aroma resembles freshly baked bread and it imparts a deep golden to light brown color. It can be used in small amounts to add complexity and a deeper color to ales or lagers such as bocks or mild ales. When used more heavily, it contributes a full, nutty richness to amber or nut brown ales and other dark beers.
