Diammonium phosphate, also called ‘DAP’, is a water-soluble ammonium phosphate salt and yeast nutrient. It provides yeast with the needed nitrogen for a healthy yeast population and improved fermentation performance. Can be used in all beers, wines and ciders but also in cheesemaking or other fermented foods.
