FermFast vodka turbo distiller’s yeast can ferment 6.6 gallons of wash up to 14% ABV. It can ferment recipes containing 100% sugar but best results are achieved when using malted grain or potatoes. It contains glucoamylase enzyme to convert dextrins into fermentable sugars.

Once all-fruit or fruit-sugar mash is prepared, allow to cool to 86°F (30°C). Add FermFast vodka turbo yeast and stir well. Secure lid firmly onto fermenter, attach airlock and leave to ferment between 62° and 73°F (17° and 23°C) until fermentation is complete (approximately 6 – 7 days).
