Lallemand Diamond Lager yeast is a true lager strain from Germany that delivers excellent fermentation performance and produces clean, authentic lagers. It has a quick start and vigorous fermentation that can be completed in as little as 5 days above 54°F (12°C). The high attenuation and high flocculation result in a clean flavor and brilliantly clear appearance. It is suited to many lager styles including Munich Helles, Dortmunder Export, German Pilsner, Bohemian Pilsner, American Pilsner, Vienna Lager, Oktoberfest/Märzen, Dark American Lager, Munich Dunkel, Schwarzbier, Traditional Bock, Doppelbock, Eisbock and California Common.
