A blend of real apple fruit juice concentrate, corn syrup, malic acid and natural flavors to make 5 gallons of apple wine at 18.5 Brix (about 10.5% alcohol). Simply add 4 gallons of water and yeast or add other ingredients to customize your recipe. Alternatively, you can add 9 gallons of water to make 10 gallons of apple cider at 9.25 Brix (about 5% alcohol) or make less volume to make a stronger wine. Juice concentrate is pasteurized and can be stored at ambient temperature if unopened. Use with a wide variety of wine or cider yeast, particularly Lalvin K1V-1116 or Red Star Premier Classique yeast.
