Vintner’s Harvest tart cherry puree contains 100% tart cherries and no preservatives. This aseptic, hot-filled puree is made from Montmorency cherries that have not been genetically modified. They are harvested at peak ripeness between July and August, washed, sorted and pitted.
The fruit is pureed, passed through a final finishing screen and pasteurized for a minimum of 20 seconds at 190°F or higher. It is ready to use in wine, beer, cooking and more. Made in the US. -
