Brewer’s Best Dunkelweizen is a dark wheat beer that uses Munich and chocolate malts to create a darker, maltier style compared to the Hefeweizen style. It has an amber-brown color, medium body and a slightly sweet, bready flavor. A German wheat yeast strain produces the classic fruitiness and phenolic spiciness characteristic of this style.
