Corn sugar is a 100% fermentable dextrose sugar made from corn starch. It can have a variety of applications in beer, wine and cider. Corn sugar contributes fermentable sugars to beers and wines without contributing added body, flavor or aroma. It is also an excellent choice for priming sugar (bottling sugar) in bottle conditioned beers. Yeast nutrient is recommended when using corn sugar to supplement lacking nutrients (available separately).
