German Northern Brewer has a full, herbal character with floral notes. It has a very well-balanced flavor and a satisfying hoppiness. It is an offspring of Brewer’s Gold with some ancestry from an American wild hop. This English-bred variety is grown world-wide but Germany has become one of it’s most favored growing regions.
